Company is great to work with. Only comment is for the incentives that takes 2 months to get and no increase in salary. Employees should be increase if possible every year.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
For my first 2 years working at TU was exciting, but now not anymore due to drastic changes and the pending from being removed from the LOB and aside from that, no action of the increase in salary.

because of the sudden changes and the expected outcome which comes with being said to be transferred or laid off if certification is not met,

avega is useless, you still need to shell out for any test when you go to accredited hospital/ Dentists needs to have appointments before getting treated so long wait//
