After being told that the original company I started working with was never going away... it went away. I was very worried that I would not be placed but luckily at the last minute I received a job placement. This was very stressful for me.

That everyone keeps you in the loop of things that are developing with transparency and professionalism.

That we share ideas and that some of us strive for excellence everyday by showing good team playing skills and comradery.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are a lot of challenges that we face. But with the teams I have been in and the support of the leadership I have experienced we all work through challenges together and build each other for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how we as a culture can put aside any kind of cultural,physical or personal differences and focus on whatever mission is in front of us. Then as an end result find innovative and futuristic solutions with ease that we all can agree upon.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am only working to put as much money in the companies 401k so that I can retire comfortably in 20 years. My only hope is that I can remain in this company for such a time so that I can continue to move forward with reaching my retirement goal. I want to be proud to say I retired from TaskUs fully.
