The pay is good but not very good, highly dissatisfied with night allowance amount. Recruitment/HR department is very lazy. Referral programme is meaningless none of my friend's referral got any call from company he is very disappointed with company. This demotivated me from dropping referrals.

The night differential allowance are not justified. They are less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friends like atmosphere. Friendly company. I haven't faced toxic colleagues yet so No toxic work culture.
