What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Salary disputes takes forever to follow up and are impossible to dispute. The Leadership team needs someone who will be accountable on every mistake .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary increase in 3 years of working for taskus. They should remove the provincial rate since we all have the same work as a teammate who is working in the cities. If Taskus really wants teamates from cities to move from their hometowns at least make the salary grade competitive.
