Give more time assistance with the issues of the employees especially about pay disputes and incentives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please remove the provincial rate. Please raise the basic pay to at least 17k. Thank you.

We deserve a raise. We have many tasks in our campaign and I feel like the salary and the skills allowance is no longer acceptable.
