It's been more than 18 month and I have been receiving positive and negative outcomes from my leader which helps me out to look on where I have to work on and how to become more proficient. There was no appreciation given which makes me unhappy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always help me out to grow up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work culture should be more effective towards problem solving instead of creating fear.
What makes you most happy at work?
I always stay positive with everyone with the hope of personal and proffessional growth. Sometimes I get green flags.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company makes me realize that how the scalar chain works and how this proverb works 'Team work is a dream work'.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work comparision and not caring about my whole journey made me feel depressing and I have suffering selfdoubt because I feel now my job is insecure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There should be some remuneration for good works, Weekly sesssion for work inprovement and There should be a score card for performance rating (not on the basis of managers noms).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel the company still cares about their employees so, I'm hoping they can help me out to switch my work domain and aspiring they would start talking about little thing which make the work culture much healthier.
