The company is great, the people I worked with are great but the salary is too low.

When I got to see that our team work pays off by having great numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is too low. I hope that the company would feel the need for it's employees salary raise. The value of the basic needs nowadays are too high and the salary is not enough if you will not take part time jobs.
