What are some of the best things about your team?

Can't tell yet newly requested for RTO.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The Mentorship role should be officially acknowledged for documentations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My Compensation has only changed after 3 years even if there should be an automatic annual increase long before.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bring back the old TaskUs culture. The current TaskUs is turning into a typical BPO company more and more.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The office became 2 times farther from where I live after the change of office location (forced). Offer those tenured teammates (affected by the location change) some feasible compensation or offer any alternative solutions.
