Making sure goals are achieved but not putting too stress with each other. Work hard have fun.

Whenever I achieved or passed the weekly audits and other KPI's also when its time for your efforts are paid off.

Work hand in hand. We do not impose blame for someone on the team as a failure. there is always room for improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some efforts are not valued like no absences as an individual todays compensation is not enough with the high prices of basic commodities. If possible to increase or have a perfect attendance incentive for those who are qualified.
