The experience has been great but the managers are poorly interacting and do not have an engaging approach while connecting to subordinates.

It is fair though below industry norms.

Management needs more organization at work management.

They are able to attain the goals for business retention.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would at least need a 25% more hike and then it would per my market peers in the some domain and for same role.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of application oriented business expansion approach and randomness in work culture due to improperly managed human resource organizational planning within our department. If business expands so does our compensation.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is nothing such to be called best other than the fact that all are very good people but from a managerial point of view , they are not enough competent.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Innovative approach and extreme randomness ; managers , leaders do not spend time on proper resource planning. The randomness and bias among employees leaves the capable/reliable resource dissatisfied and hence, ultimately quitting the job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Innovative approach with a 20% dedicated to programmed / predefined goal oriented research on bringing work ease so that we may expand and every employee feels growth at least at learning and skill development.
