
For me, none. TaskUs have become toxic. I have heard that external hires for specific position have more salaries than teammate that has been promoted to specific position. Why is it like that? Do you prioritize external people over the person that stayed long within TaskUs?

Undervalued. First, there is no clear structure of being a quality analyst. We had interviews and exam but it is still not considered as a promotion. Second, the salary. It is too small. Third, the management. It is really hard to get verified by banks because we do not have telephone number.
