Almost 4 years with this company and within the four years I have moved to so many campaigns with the same pay! TaskUS has become what feels like a Temp Agency rather than a career!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I remember Starting with the company, The type of job i would look forward to, but during the changes, I dread coming in to work not knowing if we are getting transferred to a different campaign or laid off. The higher ups know the answer to this question!
