That is purely based on comparison with other company how they compensate their team mate however I am always grateful of every pay I received.

Collaboration: A positive company culture often prioritizes teamwork, communication and interaction among coworkers. These factors all can improve how well a team collaborates on projects because team members may feel more comfortable and willing to ask for help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the TLs, most especially my own TL Gelo, bears a good leadership role with all of his team mates. I do felt the importance of being in a team with his good coaching and bears the quality of a good leader inspite of all my mistakes. This call canter experience unleash another skill in me.
