everyone is the best. from the team leader down to the team mates
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there are no shuttle provided - aside from the fair, we need to travel an hour or a few more going to work than resting or sleeping
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary increase - as an L2, it is hard to get incentives too, and salary increase seems to be earned still in a way that you should do extra work to have it. not everyone is being given unless they do Human Project
