Transparency: I really respect the executive team's commitment to being transparent with the reasons for any major decision and company strategy.

Sense of ownership and teamwork. Everyone is always ready to help, willing to listen and work together towards a single goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Creativity and new ideas are welcome. Expectations for good work are high, you are encouraged to learn and output your best work.

Mix of international colleagues helps create an abundance of new ideas from different perspectives, leading to better solutions and deeper issue analysis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Especially with recent macroeconomic trends in the world, the leadership team has gained a lot of trust by being open and transparent over the last several months.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People show respect to one another and each other's differences. When opinions differ, there is curiosity and eagerness to learn, without a focus on trying to get everyone in the room to agree to one train of thought.
