I have been here for almost 5 years and I have the means to leave this company whenever I want to. But the culture here cannot be found in a different company -- thus, I would really have a second thought of resigning.

I was picked as a loan agent to sourcing department which I am eyeing to apply.

They always ask what happened, find the root cause and would ask for your action plan moving forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better if they can at least try to increase the salary as every goods in PH is already increasing.

The EEX Team are my favorite people in TaskUs. They never fail to bring us joy and embodies the work hard have fun core value.
