Every part of it , I would love if we have the same night differential for leaders lol

The team is very cooperative and understanding. They also help out whenever needed to uplift everyone inf= the team.

All of it actually but these two resonates to me , Continuous Self Improvement and Always Strive for Excellence

The fact that I can still get up and work everyday, seeing the team and having those little chats with them.

There are items which you may not found in other company that will benefit you in the future and the package overall covers your monthly expenses and you can also have some for your savings

The best thing about our leaders is they embrace our culture and push everyone to be on their best . The support is always present and very transparent on issues that needs to be attended to.
