what i love about being here is my colleagues, though sometimes engagement team does not design events for us because they are always plotting the happy hour when we are on duty. hope that some day they will find a way to have an event for us in the future.

they find time to laugh and joke about things even though it is busy.

they are fun to be with and you would not notice the time because you enjoy working with them.

though we barely see each other eye to eye, i know that my co-workers are sincere specially my friends.

sometimes I wonder why people around me in this company is still happy working here despite of the compensation being given.
What makes you most happy at work?
workmates makes me happy and sane. at least I have some one to talk to other than my wife and kids.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because the compensation is not that big to cope up with all the daily expenses to an employee that is supporting two kids or more. the price of the commodities here in cavite is same in manila, so why should we be in a provincial rate?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they cascade updates immediately and they make sure everyone is updated. engagement though needs to improve as not all employees are able to attend their events if there are any due to limitations at work and time. work force always does not allow people to attend events even while on duty.
