Compensation is around 300-1000. depending on your performance. If you get an incentive, it will be divided to the number of people with the same score as yours.
Flexible work, the only pressure is the deadline, but the clients aren't really strict even if the teammate misses it because they are aware of the actual workload the teammates do in a daily basis.
