Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

So-so, the recent KPIs involving ULs and bereavement leaves being included made me look back and question if the management really cares about keeping their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Skills allowance should be added, medicine reimbursement.

Good salary pay, good benefits, good working environment.

Not sure oveall, but with my colleagues, it's really fun.

Being able to finish my workload before the deadline provided.

Really checking on each of the teammates, especially from my campaign

None, just the WFH set-up we're able to take advantage of.

Incentives aren't given regularly, even though teammates are hitting the KPIs.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leader makes sure to communicate real time the updates or decisions that may affect us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Benefits, our current HMO is not at par with the previous one. Salary and incentive as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No skills allowance/additional allowance for my campaign/LOB, incentives are hard to reach even thought I've consistently had a score of more than a 100%

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is around 300-1000. depending on your performance. If you get an incentive, it will be divided to the number of people with the same score as yours.

What makes you most happy at work?

Flexible work, the only pressure is the deadline, but the clients aren't really strict even if the teammate misses it because they are aware of the actual workload the teammates do in a daily basis.
