the worse, I've never felt this tired and with no time and on top of that every week there's something new I'm supposed to do I mean I work more than 10 hours a day and you are supposed to sleep 8 and if we do the math I only got 5 hours and 45 minutes for myself. Ans about the salary 1'300.000 INCR

the salary, the long working day and stop overloading ourselves with so many things to do
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing, when I first got here everything was awesome but then I realized how bad it was and the only thing I can feel is tirenness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a salary increase without conditions there are other companies that are paying 2'800.000 and you guys only 2'300.000 and the workday at least only 8 hours
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You guys need to stop overloading ourselves with work I am from Turo and there is always something new to do, and that wage increase with conditions is the worse y asked for vto 3 days and I am not going to get the bonus and who likes to have a working day of 10 hours and 15 minutes
