LISTEN. Ask what is really going on! Do your leaders have ANY leadership skills? Answer = NO! Absolutely not!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued. A fair bonus and commission plan. Not being talked to like a piece of crap.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not being mean. Not being called a NEWBIE! Trying to be encouraging as opposed to: "just go look it up"
