Legitimately cares about teammates. Finds opportunities and helps us with them. Gives us all the tools needed for career growth.

I consider my team best of friends and maybe even family. We are open to each other and that makes us a cohesive unit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With all the success we have achieved and we have also been promised by managers of a pay increase, but no pay increase was provided.
