It has broken the belief that work is something that just needs to be done. I found my purpose in the work that I do, and I think it's because my environment contributes to this feeling.

I love my job and I see purpose in what I do
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the people. I don't know but by far, this is the best working experience I have in 4 years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish we have more basic salary. But having all the benefits such as HMO coverage for our dependents and tolerable working environment, I am all good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very accepting of my ideas and very open of my suggestions. I have the freedom to be myself and do my work with autonomy, but of course with full ownership and responsibility. I think I am part of a really awesome team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to work with. I am not afraid that any of my work would be compromised whenever I am endorsing it to be facilitated by them (in terms of quality, they do it in a level that I expect myself to finish it).
