I'm still starting but with what I saw right now it is ridiculously great.

They are ridiculously fun to be with and their honest. They will tell you what mistakes you made so you can correct it.

My teammates, my Team leader and the work itself. With my present company who treat me nice, I think it for keeps and never find another like this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent on the feedback and they explain in details so I will not commit any mistakes again. They also give praise if we correctly and honestly did our job.

Retirement benefits plan, SSS and the like atleast when something happens to me my family is secured financially especially nowadays the threat in our life like COVID and natural calamity or disasters.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly we work, we play and honestly do our job. We do our job on time and at the same time the company treat us as a person and not a machine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders make sure information was well communicated and understood all task in a humane way. They understood our limitation and together we are bridging that gap to maximize my skills, talents and expertise towards to the common company goal.
