Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in what is considered a 'leadership' role but regular agents are paid more than I am.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing better benefits such as insurance. I've worked at other call centers and the benefits were 2x as good as what TaskUs offers
