Life-changing. I used to compare my old company and I even went to the point where I questioned myself, "Am i lazy? Why am i not doing anything else" ever since I started working at Taskus. Basic salary itself. A lot higher than my previous company but the company now seriously takes care of our well-being.

Everyone is willing to lend an ear, open to ideas/suggestions and everyone pitches in to improve our handling skills as well as performance.
