While the people are wonderful and the executive team makes good balanced decisions, the focus on growing revenue and margin at aggressive rates has left things basic things like centralized places to find resources, documented policies and procedures, and functional points of contact are missing

Everyone is invested in and working towards the end goals

It is competitive and can be above average with bonus opportunity

It seems everyone is generally willing to help her or his peers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Growth was too fast and much of the "structure" needed to scale at the pace we have grown is not in place. We are too "more clients-now-focused"
