A number of them would reach out to simply ask how your day was or just simply ask how we are doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy mostly of my stay here at TaskUs. The positive culture and the professional environment make me look forward to another day doing work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well, we simply want to be the best in our craft, especially in the projects that we handle. We also would like to enjoy our time together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I like about the company is that we are encouraged to improve more on our passions in life, on our selves. We are also encouraged to spend quality time to rest and with the people we hold dear.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not that I feel I am undervalued but I feel like I hope that we would be compensated a little more than what we have been receiving lately considering the difficulty of the project that we are handling.
