So far, for me, I like the benefits we are given. However, our pay is very low compared to the level and loads of work.

My colleagues are the reason why I am still staying and happy at work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I hope the company will not allow employees who preferred to continue working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a lot of workload but the pay is very low compared to other companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the leadership team is that they have plans, but so far, we are not yet seeing any improvement about our pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are not being asked to work on-site yet, my team was able to deliver what was expected of us, and even exceeded what is expected from us.
