The best things about my team is being supportive. They are resilient in terms of feedback and is always prepared to carry the taskus core values in everything they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the roles and responsibility of a QA Lead is far more different in terms of operation as we make sure that we maintain the quality performance of not just one team but the whole campaign. I believe that the salary should be aligned in terms of tasks and responsibilities given.
