There doesn't seem to be any fake positivity. I came from a decade in public education where everyone pretends to be happy; it's very toxic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm actually getting paid what I am worth. I didn't enroll in medical benefits, but I still have a great life insurance policy and disability coverage.
