getting to know each other and remember that we all have the same title.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The TL is very controlling and through her power in our face and brings us down, the team members that have been on the campaign act like they're better than the new people and do not help as much once we start asking questions. I think some new faces would help a lot and have team building exercise
