This place is dead end. You have these bullshit academies for TMs that won't ever see the light of day when it comes to a promotion, because of this garbage leadership practically handing out positions to other garbage people in leadership from failing campaigns. Being transparent and honest with my team. I tell them truth, and what I expect from them, and they give me quality results.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, better wages ( being paid like a TM when you've been promoted to leadership is really a garbage move ), less micromanagement, adding more managers to an existing team is extremely frustrating because it's a pissing context amongst 4 different people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here for 4 years, and promoted in 2. I've bent over backwards learning about a position that I knew nothing about just to have more work, and responsibility piled on top of me. Thanks for the .18 cent raise that I've seen for the first time in 4 years though!
