The most positive thing about this company died 2 years ago
What is the point of answering this question when I have already stated it in the previous questions before this one?
Being transparent and honest with my team. I tell them truth, and what I expect from them, and they give me quality results.
Communication, better wages ( being paid like a TM when you've been promoted to leadership is really a garbage move ), less micromanagement, adding more managers to an existing team is extremely frustrating because it's a pissing context amongst 4 different people
I've been here for 4 years, and promoted in 2. I've bent over backwards learning about a position that I knew nothing about just to have more work, and responsibility piled on top of me. Thanks for the .18 cent raise that I've seen for the first time in 4 years though!
