Culture. They are the best of the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
My agents. They keep me sane.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open. When I have questions -- they answer them and if they cannot, they direct me to someone who can. I love the culture!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing that I can comment on TaskUs on so far is just the salary. It's not that competitive among other BPO centers -- but that's it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people help you become who you want to be. TaskUS has multiple ladders you can go up to and each peak has different people but the traditions and culture are one.
