Being a part of TaskUs is such a privilege and an awesome experience to have. They care for their employees all the time, and I've witnessed it myself especially on our most difficult times during the Typhoon that affected our area.

Supporting each other's achievements, and celebrating it as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
My interactions with my co-workers or customers and being able to help other people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works hard to help and serve their subordinates at work. They uphold the company's motto of being a "People's first company". This sets the TU company apart from any other BPO company too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I would help each other as much as possible especially if there are any concerns that may arise at work. We also share experiences and knowledge with each other to help with our day to day work/task.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the medical insurance that's provided as an employee, I also get to have 1 dependent that's company paid. Also, the company cares about its employee's mental health as much as their physical health and so we're provided resources to help us cope with our mental health concerns or struggle
