Since I joined, my overall experience has been amazing. I am very vocal in recommending the company to my previous co-workers because I want them to experience our culture too.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, the company is okay. 1. The management now most of the time looks at results and not at effort 2. Engagement activities just include the interest of those that are in the engagement team (mostly for girls/lgbt) and do not ask or consider what others might like to see - not balance enough.

My general feedback is that it's different compared to 2-3 years back. It is okay now, but it was way better before in terms of concern, development plan and engagement.
