In my previous campaign the experience was awesome, I don't have word to explain but after movement in these campaign I feel like I'm behind the bars.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
to take care of peoples who are working under the surveillance of leader
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
to give freedom to the employees, to sit sit any where and do work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for internally moved peoples there is no hike in their salaries but at same place those peoples who are hired from outside they get more pay, so this is little unfair.
