What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can be yourself. Colored Hair, Piercings, alternative style or Natural Hair, Neutral style doesn't matter you are recognized for you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is average, but could be cushioned with bonuses other than referrals. Health Insurance takes a huge chunk of our checks, and would be amazing if they could cover a higher percentage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, my team provides a safe space for me to be myself without being persecuted. While there are some teammates that do not act out our core values, the percentage that does outnumbers the bad eggs. I look forward to working with them on our daily tasks and respect their feedback.
