It's been an interesting ride, learning because the job requires me to, since I am basically 2 positions in 1 one person. As a site, we have a lot of potential, but I just don't think that the people in charge of leading it are getting us where we need to, the way our VP works it's not what's best
Nothing in particular to be honest
Camaraderie, it's positive and engaging
We help each other out
Review with the market the range salary for each position
My team and some coworkers, the interaction that we have between us
We do have fun, we laugh a lot and communicate everything that happens
The thing that makes me most happy at work, again, are some of my coworkers
The relationship with my team, and some coworkers. The skills I am learning on my own
They all are easy going, but have lots to learn and willingness to do so is not the best
I am doing more than what it's expected, there has been no change in my compensation, no feedback (whether is good or bad) just a "job done" every now and then. And overall, the compensation package is poor, yes we have medical benefits that for front line employees are unique but not for Support
