This is not what was explained to me before I was hired. To be treated like a BPO hired employee when in fact I was hired as a security analyst/ support but under operations. I was not allowed to take the holiday off for the whole six months since under probation

I could tell you more about the toxic bpo negativity environment rather than the positive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
OM should understand the scope and process of work the team does, listen to his/her employee, be considerate but not micro manage, do not use his/her position to power trip lower levels
