What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team lead makes sure each meeting is engaging and fun in order to build a good team rapport.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The additional work from home stipend to help pay for wi-fi and other perks we don't have in the office.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, advocating for the team to the client, receiving and setting clear expectations, not lying to minimize the problems of the campaign and then asking team mates to provide feedback in order to solve the problems.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The operations team in charge of the campaign has frequently consisted of people who don't understand the client, can't effectively communicate/receive feedback, push their responsibilities onto others. Don't share important expectations from the client, but still seek out solutions from TMs.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

COMMUNICATION, focus on team building and making connections outside of whatever LOB each team is working on, no one really talks to one another, the Ops team never shows up to meetings/frequently reschedules town halls and skips team building altogether when we do have them.
