The operations team in charge of the campaign has frequently consisted of people who don't understand the client, can't effectively communicate/receive feedback, push their responsibilities onto others. Don't share important expectations from the client, but still seek out solutions from TMs.
COMMUNICATION, focus on team building and making connections outside of whatever LOB each team is working on, no one really talks to one another, the Ops team never shows up to meetings/frequently reschedules town halls and skips team building altogether when we do have them.
