The Company specifically the LWT Site in Rizal is very awesome. Our site VP is very accommodating and understanding. He always shares the whys behind the decisions or changes happening to the company or site.

I am happy at work because our VP is Awesome, you can talk to him casually. He's cool! My workmates as well. You won't feel that you're working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I know I contribute a lot to the team and I am not paid fairly. yyearly merit increase is okay however I wish we could have Christmas Bonus for everyone, team building for the support team, medicine reimbursement, skills allowance for support and performance bonus
