Due to inflation the salary that we're getting is no longer enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the task that is being given to us we're underpaid and overworked. We usually go for unpaid OTs and we no longer have Work-Life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always have pay dispute for the past few months with my salary and I'm not satisfied with the salary I'm getting right now due to increase of commodity prices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We/re very open with each other and there's a trust within our team. I'm happy with my team and its the only reason why we're still positive given the situation that we have.
