This company feels like I'm at home. This makes me feel like everyone belongs or atleast the people in charge work for it. Making sure everyone is heard, everyone is included, and everyone can contribute. The more the employees are open to the company, the company will be more successful.

The thought that there's always something to look forward to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very inclusive. It makes me feel like I matter and that I belong. Promotes morale and willingness for employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work Hard, Have Fun. Work will always be there however, how we are given ways to have fun has been a very big factor
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are carefree but we care a lot about our circles. The culture here in this company lets us focus less on negativity. We are so busy with events, work, and activities instead of talking negatively about other people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is good however, Bohol is quite an expensive province to live in. The only factor that I somehow consider transferring to a different province is that they got better pay. However, I really love it here, and I just wish I could live here and save here as well.
