Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the influx of prices on basic commodities due to the inflation rate, I think it's time for us to get a raise to align with the current situation.

With the additional skillset that we have acquired, it may be best to have a review about the incentives and adjustments on the allowances which may be aligned with the current inflation rate that we are experiencing in our economy.
