Learning and sharing new skills, and having a good conversation with colleagues not only about work but anything that makes sense.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication makes us feel that our opinion or suggestion matter. Best practices are being shared which can be applied to the team we are handling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is really something that I appreciate this is very important, especially these days when everything is expensive. Also, the engagement team makes working so much fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no barrier between the management team and it is so easy to approach other team member as they are friendly and happy people to work with
