They look out for new agents just as much as they do their old colleagues. It's like we've known each other for a long time.

The free food haha! We have free lunch at work which helps me save a lot while being able to eat full, healthy meals every day.

The benefits are well-rounded. We feel taken care of not only in monetary compensation but in intangible benefits such as active engagement among teammates and free wellness and mental health professionals within a phone call away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement activities definitely. I haven't heard of any other company with the same level of concern for the well-being of their employees and takes time to relieve them of their worries about their work and just have fun!
