Disputes are impossible. Need to update his/her teammates of t he changes.

Been working for 4 years, yet there is no increase in my pay.

Fun to be with. They will help and guide me to improve my skills at work.

Fun to be with. My TL will also work on how his teammates can improve on performance.

The friendship and bonding we built as a team, which makes me happy to go to work.
