The most positive our culture and environment is our open-door policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have the same salary rate as the city rate here in the Philippines.

We are still being paid the provincial rate even though we do the same job or work load than the one from the bigger cities. Not only that, every thing is affected by the recession but not our salary. A salary alignment would be great during this time.
