I've been a part of some BPO companies before, but only TaskUs gave me the chill environment that I'm looking for.

It's so good to experience the work environment.

Not a typical BPO company and so great to be part of but I truly hope that there will be positive changes with salary, monthly incentives and leaves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not the normal BPO set up.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers to be specific.

They always make the employees aware of every changes.

They are transparent with the changes/updates that is happening in the company.

We are coordinated and very vocal on what we should improve as a team and as individual employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my experience, the way we are far different than other companies in terms of activities, updates cascaded.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, my co-workers. Also my job as well as I am fond of reviewing ads cause I'm learning everyday from it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always cooperating. In any circumstance, we are not only doing our best for our own good, but also for our teams' sake.

That even though we're currently working from home, we can still work as a team in terms of process and everyone is willing to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and the job itself. I enjoy working as a content moderator because aside from meeting the targets, I'm learning things about different social issues of our society.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe internet/electricity subsidies for those who are working from home or just re-assess the basic salaries of content moderators as we are doing complicated decision making for every jobs that we are processing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very easy to work with. Every changes made by the management is being cascaded to the teammates and it feels good because we're getting the feeling of being included and also in terms of surveys or suggestions to the company, we're being heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the work that we've been doing accurately for the platform to be safe, I don't think thnat our current salary is enough. It's not competitive than other companies that is offering the same job with better benefit. Internet and Electric subsidy should atleast be added on top.
